  My mother passed away in October 2009, she didn't have any insurance so her family was left to pay the bill. The director at the funeral home was very helpful and let us pick the things for mom's funeral that would make her proud. He never tried to tell us what to choose or to tell us that we should choose something else less expensive. I am very grateful for the assistant that we were given and the respect that was not only showed to mom but to us also.

  Very unprofessional, extremely rude, and to top it all off before the family could even get to our cars to leave they had the body of our family member in the ground and we're starting to cover her with dirt if you want courteous professional service do not use Hixon funeral services
